Compound Property looked at....

James is actively looking for a new compound, we must have faith and be prepared once the funds are raised and the proper property is revealed to us.

This week, James was shown the above pictured property. It's asking price is $180,000. It is in Freetown, near Lumley Beach. James was only able to see the grounds and didn't get a good look inside. He must investigate further the exact condition of plumbing, etc. The place is larger than we were looking, however it would accommodate the clinic, Lazarus House (for the dying) etc. I do like the separate "houses" linked together.Pros:
  1. Allows for expansion of all our projects such as mentioned above (Lazarus House, Clinic, etc., Lodging for overseas missions)
  2. Near the beach
  3. Ample grounds
Cons:
  1. Not sure of condition of interior
  2. larger than we considered
  3. we don't have the funds to buy it
  4. depending on condition; price may be high???
Considering we've looked at other property for a lot higher price, who knows? In the meantime, we pray for funds, and keep searching...

On that note, James also looked at some land for building a place.

This is an empty lot that he came across that is for sale.

You can see one organizations' HUGE compounds being built in the background. We are not looking for anything that posh by any means.

We are there to be in the midst of the poor, to live with them, as they do... Not to be above them...

He didn't give the asking price for this land, rather, he was told about it to see what we thought...do we want to build? do we want to buy already built?

We are in this together, so we want your opinion... keep in touch...make your comments... share your thoughts...

On a lighter note..
Roo has completely recovered from the serious illnesses he suffered a few weeks back.

He is enjoying being a healthy two year old, living and loving life! Thanks be to God!
